Trading Conditions
Selling price Prices are displayed on each product page.
All prices include consumption tax.
Shipping method Shipping is free for orders that include jeans or for orders totaling ¥20,000 or more. For all other orders, a flat shipping fee of ¥3,500 will be charged per order.
Additional charges Internet connection fees and communication charges shall be borne by the customer.

  • Only single (lump-sum) payments are accepted.
  • Only credit cards under the name of the person placing the order may be used.

Delivery Period

Orders will be shipped within three (3) business days from the order date.

  • Please note that shipment may be delayed during periods of high order volume. In addition, delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or regional circumstances.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or during our summer or New Year holidays.
  • Delivery dates cannot be specified.
  • We are unable to combine separately placed orders. All orders will be shipped individually.
  • Gift wrapping and shopping bags cannot be included in shipments.

Customer's cancel, return or exchange For regular-priced items, cancellations and returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with our Return Policy and designated procedures. However, the customer shall bear the cost of return and reshipping for such cancellations or exchanges.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 business days after the Company receives the returned item
Defective products If a product is defective or different from what was ordered, it will be replaced with the correct or non-defective item. The Company will bear the cost of return shipping and reshipment.
Refusal of delivery or long-term absence Customers are responsible for receiving the products delivered to them. If a product is not received within the carrier's designated holding period due to customer absence, the order will be considered automatically canceled and the item will be returned to the Company.
We are unable to reship products once an order is deemed canceled or returned. (If the product is still in stock, you may place a new order.) In the event of a cancellation or return, the customer shall bear all costs associated with refund processing fees and round-trip shipping.
Sales area This online store only accepts orders for delivery within Japan.
Cancellation Products sold on this online store are also available at our physical retail locations. Therefore, if another customer makes a purchase at a retail store at the same time, the item may become out of stock even if it was ordered through the online store.
