Customer's cancel, return or exchange | For regular-priced items, cancellations and returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with our Return Policy and designated procedures. However, the customer shall bear the cost of return and reshipping for such cancellations or exchanges. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 business days after the Company receives the returned item |
Defective products | If a product is defective or different from what was ordered, it will be replaced with the correct or non-defective item. The Company will bear the cost of return shipping and reshipment. |
Refusal of delivery or long-term absence | Customers are responsible for receiving the products delivered to them. If a product is not received within the carrier's designated holding period due to customer absence, the order will be considered automatically canceled and the item will be returned to the Company. We are unable to reship products once an order is deemed canceled or returned. (If the product is still in stock, you may place a new order.) In the event of a cancellation or return, the customer shall bear all costs associated with refund processing fees and round-trip shipping. |
